Collaboration entails more than just bridging the gap between countries, as it allows universities to collaborate across cultures and disciplines. In that vein, MITRANS, and the Asia China Education and Culture Association (ACEC), which represents the Global China Centre, and Beijing Wuzi University, have formed a partnership to arrange collaborative international webinars, exchange of academics, and further discussion on the refinement of postgraduate programmes to be offered. Aside from the exchanging of scholarly programmes, some joint cross-cultural programmes are also on the agenda. It is hoped that the collaborations will take MITRANS to the next level in the services and academic arena.
